This fabulous morning drink tastes ever SO yummy.  It’s high in protein and low in calories.

1 scoop of NOW SPORTS PEA PROTEIN, 130 calories, 28g protein
1 cup of coconut milk, sugar free, 45 calories
1/2 frozen banana
dash of cinnamon
blend in blender

Now you are ready to face the day.

I look forward to this morning drink which I have before my workout.
